Musculoskeletal Phyiotherapy
We are experienced at treating all areas of the body at The Nest Physio. We are passionate about helping people recover from injury and getting them back moving, whether that is returning to netball after an ankle injury, preparing for a hiking trip or getting back to gardening after a knee replacement.
We utilise manual techniques like massage, muscle energy techniques and dry needling and integrate this with exercise prescription and rehabilitation principles to ensure people achieve their goals. Sarah has a special interest in the management of spinal issues like neck, thoracic and back pain and pelvis issues like pelvic girdle (sacroiliac joint and pubic symphysis pain) and coccyx pain.
